3. Booking Inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry through our website is a request to discuss — not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once:

• We have provided a written quotation accepted by you.
• A signed booking agreement (or accepted purchase order) is in place.
• The required advance payment has been received.

All bookings are subject to artist availability, venue clearances, and a separate written agreement that governs fees, cancellation, rider, payment terms, and liability.

4. Pricing & Payment

Performance fees, technical riders, hospitality, and travel costs vary by artist, date, location, and event type. Indicative ranges shown on the site are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing and payment terms (typically 50% advance, 50% on arrival, plus applicable GST) will be confirmed in your booking agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, photographs, videos, the Origo name and logo, artist profiles, and design — is owned by Origo or its licensors and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Artist Profiles

Information about artists on this site — photos, bios, press, video links — is shared with the artists' or rights holders' consent for promotional use. If you are a rights holder and believe content has been used without permission, please contact us at weareorigo@gmail.com.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites (social media, video platforms, press articles). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the website or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
